Notion Specialist – Advertising Agency

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Notion Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in streamlining our internal processes and enhancing collaboration.

Responsibilities:
Notion System Management:
Set up and maintain a comprehensive Notion system for the agency, including client workspaces, project boards, campaign databases, and internal knowledge base.
Develop and implement efficient workflows for project management, task tracking, and information sharing within the agency.
Ensure consistent use of templates, best practices, and naming conventions throughout the Notion system.
Conduct regular system audits and implement improvements based on team feedback and evolving needs.
Client Onboarding and Support:
Create and manage dedicated Notion workspaces for each client, ensuring clear organization and easy access to relevant information.
Onboard new clients to the Notion system, providing training and support on navigating the platform and utilizing its features effectively.
Collaborate with sales team, creative team, and tech operations team to document campaign strategies, creative assets, and performance data within client workspaces.
Collaboration and Communication:
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the agency by utilizing Notion features like comments, mentions, and task assignments.
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing by creating and maintaining a centralized repository of agency resources, best practices, and training materials within Notion.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve team communication and project management through the use of Notion.

Qualifications:
Proven experience using Notion for personal or professional project management.
Strong understanding of Notion features and functionalities, including databases, templates, and integrations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to think creatively and develop efficient workflows for various needs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with social media advertising concepts and workflows (a plus).
