Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Notion Expert to join us. In this role, you will work closely with different teams within our organization to implement Notion across various aspects of our business.

Your main responsibilities will include setting up and optimizing Notion, creating efficient structures for different pages and templates, and ensuring advanced knowledge of Notion databases. Organization and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with different teams to understand their requirements and goals for using Notion effectively.
• Configure and customize Notion to meet the specific needs of each team and department.
• Create, customize, and optimize databases, templates, and pages within Notion.
• Interact with team members to gather input, provide guidance, and implement best practices for organizing information in Notion.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Due to the hands-on nature of this role, audio-only interactions will be required through Google Meet.

Qualifications:
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Strong expertise in Notion, including advanced knowledge of Notion databases.
• Ability to organize and structure information effectively.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST.
Duration of the job/project: 4-5 weeks.

Compensation: The hourly wage for this position is $8 per hour.
