The role of an Account Manager at our Digital Marketing Agency is that of a problem solver and expert communicator. You will work closely with our clients as well as our internal team to ensure we are exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional marketing services in a professional and timely manner. You will need to be creative, proactive, and nimble in providing new ideas to help our clients be as successful as possible.
The majority of our clients are all in the same industry, which will help make your transition very easy once you get the lingo down!
Responsibilities of an account manager include:
– #1 point of contact for the client, and internal support team.
– Focus on client success, build and maintain solid, trusting relationships for long-term client success.
– Build a strategy with internal teams based on client goals and industry best practices
– Monthly/Quarterly progression calls with client and internal support teams.
– Track and measure key account metrics.
– Identify wins and also up-sell opportunities and collaborate with internal fulfillment and external sales teams to ensure client and agency growth.
– Assist with multiple incoming requests and escalations when needed.
Jump to the front of the line if you have experience working in:
– Healthcare Marketing – Especially Dental/Orthodontic
– An agency environment
– A Medical/Dental Practice
Desired Skills and Education:
– Has worked with a digital agency
– Has managed anywhere between 15-30 client accounts
– 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Account Management
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Extremely Organized & Detail Oriented
– Knowledge of Google Analytics
– Understanding of local small business marketing
– Ability to manage multiple projects and close attention to detail a must
– Ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on client goals
– Strong Knowledge of digital products (SEO, Paid Ads, Website Management, Social Media Management, Etc.)
– Basic knowledge of Word Press
– Active and proficient on Social Media including Instagram and Facebook.
