Numismatic Specialist – eBay Listing and Product Research

Join our team as an eBay Numismatic Specialist and embark on a unique opportunity to list one-of-a-kind coins, currency, and medals on eBay. We are seeking an individual with an interest in eBay, a commitment to learning, and a passion for numismatic treasures. We are looking to grow our current Ebay footprint. The store is established with an 18 year history and over 4500 sold items. Currently we have over 1200 active listings.
This position allows flexible working hours from home.

Responsibilities:
1. eBay Listing Management:
• Create and manage engaging listings for coins, currency, and medals on eBay.
• Craft captivating product descriptions that highlight the distinctive features of each item.
• Ensure accurate categorization, pricing, and shipping details for each listing.
• Regularly optimize listings to enhance visibility and drive sales.
2. Product Research on eBay:
• Utilize eBay’s platform for in-depth research on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.
• Lookup product details from sources such as the Standard Catalog, Numista, PCGS, and NGC.
• Analyze eBay analytics to make data-driven decisions and enhance listing performance.
3. Quality Assurance:
• Ensure accuracy and authenticity in product information.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
1. eBay Enthusiast:
• Passion for eBay as a platform and an understanding of its unique selling dynamics.
• Previous eBay listing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
2. Keen Interest in Numismatics:
• Genuine interest in coins, currency, and medals, with a desire to learn and develop expertise in numismatics.
3. Attention to Detail:
• Meticulous attention to detail in crafting listings and maintaining data accuracy.
4. Communication Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with team members and address customer inquiries.
