Job Title: Customer Engagement and Social Media Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement and Social Media Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers stay on track with their nutrition and personal training plans while also managing our social media presence to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Proactively contact customers to assess their progress and adherence to nutrition and personal training plans.
Provide support, motivation, and guidance to customers, addressing any concerns or challenges they may be facing.
Collaborate with the fitness and nutrition teams to customize plans based on individual needs and goals.
Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in the database.
Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create compelling and relevant content for various social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media channels.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our social media presence remains competitive.
Content Creation:

Generate creative and informative content related to fitness, nutrition, and wellness for social media platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Schedule and post content regularly, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand representation.
Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and customer engagement efforts.
Provide regular reports on social media performance and customer feedback to management.
Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies to optimize results.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nutrition, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
Knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and wellness concepts is a plus.
Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
