DESCRIPTION:
We’re looking for new employees to support us in handling customer relationships. In this very position, you will welcome new customers and set a foundation for a long-lasting relationship, manage content and build relationships with existing customers with the goal of upselling them via text messages.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD PREFERRED:
We will explain everything to you in detail and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have. You will be well trained by our staff to make it as easy as possible for you to do the job correctly and efficiently.

TASKS:
– sending out welcome messages to new customers
– Interacting with existing clients on a daily basis
– upselling customers to new products
– posting on the clients profile to provoke customers interaction

SALARY AND WORKING HOURS:
– we’ll pay $2/hour in the beginning and a 2% commission on net sales.
– 8 hours a day for 7 days a week = 56 hours weekly working time
– Opportunities for further development and advancement with the chance of salary increases in the coming months are available
– important note: working hours will be midnight to 8am CET.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– prior work experience in this field is preferred
– fast typing speed
– good internet connection
– loyality
– Quick learner and highly disciplined
– no problem with doing the same thing all day long
– The ability to follow existing processes
– Very good and fluent English-speaking and writing
– Smartphone AND Laptop (Apple iPhones and Macbooks preferred)
– You can follow fixed working hours. You work at the same time every day
– This will be your only job. We won’t hire you if you see this as a part-time employment
