Shine Cleaning 505 is a leading cleaning company specializing in vacation rental cleaning and other furnished short and mid-term rentals, in Albuquerque, NM. Dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning services, we are currently undergoing a rebranding process to enhance our brand identity and better reflect our values and services.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team as an Online Business Manager. As we transition through our rebranding process, the Online Business Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of our online operations, including project management, team coordination, process documentation, automation implementation, and more to support our mission of delivering top-notch cleaning services and establishing a strong and memorable brand presence in the vacation rental industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various business processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
– Coordinate and manage projects across different teams and departments, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
– Implement automation tools and solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve overall productivity.
– Serve as a point of contact between different stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors, to facilitate communication and collaboration.
– Create and maintain employee handbooks, training materials, and other relevant documentation to support onboarding and ongoing training efforts.
– Collaborate with marketing specialists to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and strategies to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness.
– Assist with basic graphic design tasks, such as creating simple graphics for social media posts and designing basic marketing materials, and formatting documents.
– Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of online initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Proven experience in project management, preferably in an online business environment.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
– Proficiency in using project management tools, automation software, and other relevant software applications.
– Familiarity with Excel, Google Doc, and Slack.
– Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark.
– Knowledge of online marketing principles and practices is a plus.
We are looking for someone who can take the lead in helping us take our business to the next level.
Position may require 30-40 hours per week to start, and then may transition to part time once things are caught up.
