Job Description:
Position Overview:
As an Odoo Developer at Fortified Roofing Group, you will play a crucial role in developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo modules to streamline and improve our roofing business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Odoo 17 and possess in-depth knowledge of all available modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Custom Module Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules to meet the specific needs of our roofing business.
Module Integration: Integrate and configure Odoo modules to ensure smooth and efficient business processes, including but not limited to CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and HR.
Database Management: Manage and maintain the Odoo database, including data migration, data cleaning, and data optimization.
Customization: Customize Odoo workflows, forms, reports, and templates to align with our roofing business requirements.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and errors within the Odoo system.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and ensure they can effectively utilize Odoo for their daily tasks.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all customizations, configurations, and processes related to Odoo.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with a strong track record of successful Odoo 17 implementations.
In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules, customization, and configuration.
Proficiency in Python programming and the Odoo development framework.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of roofing industry operations and processes is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
