Offer Strategy Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced Offer strategist Manager to join our team and help us take our ecommerce initiatives to the next level.

Role Overview:

As the Offer strategist Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our weekly and monthly offer testing processes. You will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and be responsible for overseeing the execution of new offers and landing pages. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team of copywriters, designers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and coordinate the execution of new offers and landing pages on a weekly basis.
– Lead a team of copywriters, designers, and developers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
– Monitor and analyze the performance of offers and landing pages, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
– Submit comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports to the CMO.
– Collaborate with the CMO and other key stakeholders to develop and refine offer strategies.
– Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our offer strategist processes.

Requirements:

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce management.
– Proven track record of managing successful ecommerce projects.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
