We have experienced rapid growth over the last year and we are looking for a Office Administrator.
First – we only hire people who fit our company culture and align with our core values – CARE (Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Excellence).
We are looking for someone to help with Data Entry Administrative duties and Customer Service.
Some of your daily tasks might include:
· Answering phones (with a big smile on your face!)
· Collecting customer information and data and entering it in our CRM (Customer relationship management)
· Scheduling jobs and sales calls
· Customer follow up
· Replying to emails, texts and private messages from a variety of communication portals
· Invoicing customers and logging payments
· Onboarding new team members.
· Managing our social media activity (frequent posts of information relevant to our customers, on multiple platforms)
· Working closely with our sales and operations teams to keep things running like a well-oiled machine around her?.
· Experienced in Excel
· Must be able to write and speak English fluently
· Ability to sound professional and like executives is a plus
The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow with a company.
