We are a fulfillment company that serves the US market, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting our daily operations and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

What You will Do:
1. Provide data entry support for our fulfillment processes, ensuring that information is accurate and organized.
2. Respond to and resolve inquiries via email, delivering exceptional customer service.
3. Support the operations team by executing day-to-day tasks and projects
4. As you progress with us, you will develop the skills needed to assist with client relations; we will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed!

Has excellent English language and typing skills.

This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position, and you’ll be responsible for submitting daily reports to track your progress.
