We are a small, driven marketing company, and our clients are:
Real Estate Agents who want to know how to get more buyers interested in their premium properties; and
Service businesses that want to grow their client base and improve their brand.
We achieve this by running advertising, developing content, building follow-up email sequences, and getting new leads for our client. Our client then speaks to the qualified lead to close the sale. We target the Australian market.
We are looking for a motivated, punctual applicant who enjoys talking to people. You will be calling leads who have requested information about either wanting to get more qualified buyers prepared to bid at auction time for their premium property, or finding want to know how they can make more commission. We are not cold calling, the lead will expect a call. You will qualify the lead by asking a few questions and booking the appointment for our clients. In time you will also be responsible for responding to the Facebook messages.
We will also be requiring you to help us with administrative tasks, marketing support and reporting. This will be done through applications like , MavSocial, MailChimp, and we will communicate most often through will include tasks like posting social media and preparing emails we have set up and the client has approved. There will also be some basic VA jobs as well.
Requirements
– MUST have a computer, reliable internet connection and a mobile phone.
– MUST have 2 years appointment setting or sales experience
– Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Sales Representative, or similar.
– Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills along with excellent phone etiquette
– Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
– Be available to work 5 days a week/4 hours a day [this may increase in time]
– Professional and courteous disposition.
– Persuasive and results oriented.
– Available to work evenings.
Responsibilities
– Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers we provide.
– Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
– Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
– Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and the Sales Representative.
– Keeping a detailed log of calls, update CRM.
– Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
– Informing the Manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing.

Hours/salary
– Immediate start
– Hours: 20 hours/week, approx. 4 hrs/day over 5 days (with hours increasing over time to max 40 hours/wk)
– Pay: $6 AUD per hour
