Job Description

You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

Some things I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future are,

*Collecting emails from websites
*Bookkeeping reviewing receipts and matching to accounting software
*Research a list of companies to partner with or work with
*Research a list of blog ideas
*Research social media ideas from other creative agencies
*Schedule follow-up calls with clients to review their experiences
*Easy Social Media Tasks
*Sending and responding to emails
*Scheduling Travel
*Invoice clients

*You can work whenever you want. You will not have to wake up or work at any given time.
*You can work as much as you want. I will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will get paid.

About Me:
I own a creative agency that is growing, we are looking to expand into multiple companies over the next year. I have owned a business with employees for over 10 years, this is our first Virtual Assistant position, all other employees have been specialized contractors. I’m looking forward to finding team members that can stay with the company for a long time.

Experience with Xero, Gusto Payroll, Hubdoc, Click-up, Oxygen Builder (website), Canva, Vectorworks, Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo, and Google GSuite is preferred. I will teach you how to use these for our business.
