Office Admin Wanted with Some Digital Product Design, Social Media Managing, & Researching Skills

Expanding Etsy Shop looking to recruit a talented virtual assistant to manage and execute on creating digital products, product research, keyword research and product listing. Plenty of room for advancement and long term employment if you’re competent, hard working and efficient.

Looking for people who value teamwork, focus and efficiency.

Skills required:
– Experience with Etsy is REQUIRED
– Experience in Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is REQUIRED
– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED
– Knowledge of Graphic Design is REQUIRED
– Excellent knowledge of Social Media Platforms like TikTok, Instagram & Facebook REQUIRED
– Flexibility with working time and hours

Technical requirements:
– Laptop/Computer with 64 bit processor (windows or mac)
– Fast and reliable Internet connection
– Access to graphic design software

Jobs roles includes but are not limited to…

– Conducting product research for best selling/revenue increasing digital products
– Creating high quality digital products that will convert to sales
– Conducting keyword research to find the best and most engaging keywords for product listing
– Creating product listing to publish on Etsy
– Creating Social Media Content

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

We a looking for a full time employee
