About The Role
If you’re someone who loves to see things work well and who wants to ensure the smooth running of a team that will help to contribute to driving sustainable growth, we are looking for a reliable Office Administration Lead.

You will undertake important administrative tasks, leading the UK team to improve its efficiency, and coordination and ensuring the rest of the team has great support to work at their best.

We’re currently recruiting for a key member of our team to start on an Ad-hoc basis to build fully as part of our team in the future.

Job Description
As we’ve grown and grown as an SEO agency we’ll be needing a talented individual to join us and help with day-to-day office and operational tasks, data entry, and invoicing work across our clients and various systems.

The ideal person will be competent in prioritising tasks and they will be self-motivated and reliable for the team.

Responsibilities:
As an office administration lead for us, you’ll be responsible for helping us with:
Team and Event Logistics and Research
Hubspot Administration
Xero Invoicing & Data Entry
Practice Ignition Invoicing & Data Entry
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Help with office supplies and place orders when necessary
Manage correspondence (e-mail, )
A flexible and communicative member who can assist with problem-solving and wants and needs of clients
Expected to be able to work both autonomously and within a team whilst providing creative solutions
Helping the MD in dealing with Bookkeepers & Accountants

Experience:
Any experience with Hubspot, Xero or is valued
Google Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets experience
Tertiary education preferred
