Job Scope:
1. Cold Calling: Utilize your excellent communication skills to make outbound calls to businesses, introduce our pressure washing services, and generate interest in our offerings.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads by conducting thorough research on businesses in the target market. Collect key information such as decision-makers names, contact details, and specific pain points that our pressure washing services can address.
3. Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations over the phone, highlighting the benefits and value of our pressure washing solutions. Effectively address potential client objections and position our services as the optimal choice.
4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, nurturing leads through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication. Understand their unique needs and tailor our proposals accordingly.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing the sale. Coordinate with operations and scheduling teams to facilitate smooth service delivery.

Job Requirements:
1. Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in cold calling or telemarketing is highly desirable.
2. Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills are essential for effective cold calling. Strong written communication skills are also necessary for composing persuasive emails and follow-up messages.
3. Self-Motivation: Must be self-driven and able to work independently to achieve sales targets. A proactive and persistent attitude is crucial to succeeding in cold calling and generating leads.
4. Persuasive Skills: Ability to articulate the value proposition of our pressure washing services and convince potential clients of their benefits. Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills are vital.
