We are seeking a superstar Office Administrator Virtual Assistant starting as soon as possible to provide support to our growing team! We are a North American based firm who is seeking an experienced Office Administrator who is a self-starter, has experience with client managment, has a great eye for detail, and who strives to succeed! Bonus points if you have bookkeeping experience!
If you are a Administrator who is a great team player, is willing to learn, holds 3+ years of experience in back office support (bonus if you have experience with Bookkeeping) and is comfortable working in a graveyard position (01:00AM-7:00AM Philippines Time Zone) then we want to hear from you!
Duties/Responsibilities:
-Monitor our main email address
-Answer incoming inquiries from external sources
-Answer incoming inquiries from current clients
-Sort through inquiries, forward to staff members as needed
-Download paperwork and upload to our drive
-Become the main administrator of Financial Cents
-Monthly project setup
-New client setup
-Assist with new client onboarding
-Process client offboarding
-Download paperwork and upload to our drive
-Respond to client inquiries via chat
-Follow up on missing paperwork
-Create recurring email notifications
-Check and update payroll projects
Job Details:
-Monday to Friday 1:00am – 7:00am Philippines time zone (this translates to Monday – Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm PST)

Job Requirements:
-A professional level of written/spoken English
-Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent level of experience
-Experience: 3+ years of experience in a office admin role
-Experience using Financial Cents is a bonus
-Working local Canadian time zone
-MUST have a clear and strong internet connection with a BACK-UP GENERATOR if you are working from your home office (minimum 50 Mbps)
-Must provide your own laptop/work equipment
Bonus Points:
-You have worked for a North American (USA or Canada) Bookkeeping firm as a Virtual admin in the past
