Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the business, collaborating closely with the office manager and owner.
Manage the process of pulling and closing permits, ordering materials, creating work orders, and scheduling jobs.
Maintain a high level of communication with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and customer service goals are exceeded.
Act as a point of contact for customer issues and complaints, swiftly working to resolve them and enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with partners, vendors, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Play a key role in planning and scheduling company events, parties, and vendor presentations.
Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and business objectives.
Update job logs accurately and handle the distribution of commissions.
Perform payroll duties to ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees.
Manage time-off requests and maintain organized records.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to the industry.
Utilize tools such as Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Chat, and JobNimbus on a daily basis.
Manage the owner’s email inbox, efficiently sorting, prioritizing, and responding to emails as necessary.
Coordinate with the owner to schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups, ensuring optimal time management.
Assist in drafting and editing emails, reports, and other communication on behalf of the owner.
Keep the owner informed about critical matters and provide regular updates on email correspondence.
Exercise discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Collaborate with the office manager to align email communication with overall business objectives.
Assist in filtering and redirecting emails to appropriate team members for prompt action.
Organize and maintain the owner’s email archive for easy retrieval and reference.
Be flexible for training 6pm-12am MST.
Be flexible for available working hours 6am-8pm MST

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage various tasks efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
Openness to feedback and willingness to continuously improve.
Detail-oriented mindset to maintain accuracy in tasks like record-keeping and commission distribution.
Proficiency in using digital tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Chat, and JobNimbus.
Ability to manage and resolve customer complaints with a focus on maximizing customer satisfaction.
Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations applicable to the industry.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
