Job Description

Responsibility Summary
• Perform staffing and scheduling to ensure that shifts are filled with a consistent caregiver or companion.
• Participate in on call rotation covering overnight, weekend and holiday on-call.
• Communicate with care staff monthly to determine work availability.
• Assist in creating monthly shift calendar in scheduling software.
• Prepare data for Annual Performance Appraisals for team members (training compliance, TB and BBP compliance, attendance, etc.).
• Perform background & reference checks.
• Assist in interviewing candidates for Care Professional and Companion roles.
• Assist in gathering documentation from new hires and compiling new hire files.
• Assist in scheduling new team members for orientation.
• Prepare documentation requested by client Long Term Care policies.
• Follow up on annual documentation and check-offs (i.e. TB Test, training, licensure renewals).
• Perform periodic audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Order office supplies.
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Meet or exceed billable hour targets on a weekly basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain communication with management team, including feedback and support needed to execute the above responsibilities with a high level of quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Power Point; G-mail, Google Apps, etc.
• Must be able to use a variety of office equipment (i.e. computers, scanners, copiers, fax machine, phone system, etc.)
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Ability to think strategically and maintain focus on short and long-term goals.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
• Ability to adjust priorities and focuses with little notification.

Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. Use of telephone is required. Manual dexterity required for use of computer keyboard and mobile phone apps. Regular use of telephone, email and text. The team member regularly is required to stand, walk, and sit. At times job requires the ability to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 25 lbs. The team member will be required to work in an office environment.
