We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dedicated team at our office in Davao. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and fostering relationships with dog trainers seeking virtual assistance. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a genuine interest in supporting the dog training community.
[Duties and Responsibilities:]
As a Sales Representative, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
– Proactively identify and reach out to dog trainers, introducing them to our virtual assistance services.
– Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and pain points of dog trainers.
– Present and promote our tailored virtual assistance solutions, demonstrating how they can benefit dog trainers’ businesses.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service.
– Collaborate with the virtual assistance team to create customized service proposals that address client needs.
– Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to position VA4DogTrainers as a leading virtual assistance provider.
– Utilize CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
– Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent VA4DogTrainers and establish connections.
– Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and content.
– Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, contributing to the overall growth of the business.

[Requirements:]
– Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the virtual assistance industry or related field
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain business relationships
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
– Self-motivated, results-oriented, and positive attitude
– Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
– Must be willing to work in Davao
– Must be able to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EDT
– Passion for supporting dog trainers in growing their businesses
