Looking for a ROCK STAR office generalist to join our global remote team. A team player who loves collaborating with people from different parts of the world. More importantly, someone ambitious, driven, and career focused who wants to work their way up to the top-level management.

Scope of Work
1. Take the lead role in manpower sourcing (utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking, and databases), from job ad creation, postings, profiling, testing, tracking, up to onboarding.
2. Highly skilled in the use and management of social media–Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
3. Passionate about creating compelling content (videos, literature, graphics) to drive traffic and attract prospective team members and customers.
4. Provide general office, operational support and/or oversight, and records maintenance for administrative areas related to the position requirement; use judgment in solving problems, prioritizing work tasks and making decisions regarding work methods; use or disclose sensitive information within the framework of departmental guidelines.
5. Respond to and refer inquiries on open positions/hirings; identify and resolve issues/problems; provide information and assistance to internal and external team members.
6. Perform general office functions: calendar management, correspondences/proposals, PowerPoint presentations & template creation, schedule meetings & provide reports as required, maintain a filing system within the Cloud.
7. Identify areas for automation that best fit the company’s goals in a remote setting, provide suggested technology, and lead the project execution from start to end.
Proficiency & Skill Requirements
? Someone who have mastered the art of working remotely, and current with the technology needed to thrive in a remote working environment. Empowered out-of-the box thinkers who are able to take the reins and innovate–taking ownership, accountability, and pride with their work. Someone proactive and able to deliver positive results rather than sitting in the sidelines.
? Tech savvy, able to learn new software & technology on their own and perform basic troubleshooting when needed.
? Knowledge and strong understanding of Microsoft Office, social media & analytics, email marketing services, basic website development and management, with an interest in continuing to learn as technology evolves
? Meticulous and extremely organized
? Processes oriented, analytical & problem solver
? Excellent written and verbal English proficiency
? Able to multitask and prioritize task based on deliverables
? Empowered and can work under minimal supervision
? Prompt and competent in managing time wisely
? Basic knowledge of Canva and Wix
