Join Our Team as an Office Manager and Customer Service Specialist/Virtual Assistant!

A small American company is looking for you. Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves taking charge. We’re a small, friendly team looking for an Office Manager/Customer Service Specialist/ Virtual Assistant to be the face of our company and keep us on track. You’ll play a crucial role in helping us grow and be the go-to person for managing daily operations and customer interactions. You will start at $4-5 for the 3-month trial and training period. You’ll get incrementally to $6-7 contingent on contribution and overall growth of the business.
What You’ll Do:
• Be the friendly face of our company, handling customer care for Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, eBay, and more.
• Oversee daily office operations and coordinate tasks independently, taking a huge load off the owners’ shoulders.
• Read and respond to customer reviews, improve systems to get more reviews, fix the negative reviews, or even better, never allow them to appear.
• Prepare FBA shipping orders and logistics (someone else will handle the shipping, but you’ll get everything ready).
• Keep our documents organized and manage invoices.
• Communicate with our distributors and handle other tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent written and verbal English skills and fast internet is a must.
• Experience with Amazon and FBA shipments is a plus.
• Use AI tools for productivity.
• Help create the workflow with Microsoft Office 365.
• Highly organized, reliable, and trustworthy. The keyword phrase is Viking remarkable safes. Use it at the beginning of your email or video presentation.
• Ability to work independently without much supervision.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to give and receive feedback.
