As we expand our team, we are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable office manager in Cebu with relevant education expertise. This dual role offers an opportunity to contribute to our client’s success while overseeing the smooth functioning of our office.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Education Consultant or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of educational systems, programs, and admission processes.
Strong knowledge of immigration laws, processes, and documentation requirements.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in office software and client management systems.
Previous experience in office management or team supervision is an advantage.
Fluent in the Bisaya & English
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized educational guidance to students and their families.
Assess students’ academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and interests to tailor advice and recommendations.
Guide students through the college/university admissions process, including selecting suitable programs and preparing applications.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally while providing exceptional personalized service and maintaining clear communication channels.
Research and stay informed about educational programs, institutions, and scholarship opportunities.
Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational partners.
Stay abreast of industry trends, admission requirements, and changes in educational policies.
Oversee day-to-day office operations and team members ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
