Job Description

Seeking a an Office Manager for a home health Agency. This Job will be remote, This individual must be a fast learners and pays attention to details. We’re looking for a self-starter who is willing to grow with the company and build a career.
This is a remote position once training is completed. You will be provided with company computer, phone, keyboard, monitor, mouse. you will work remotely after training.
Essential Functions:
Coordinates physical /occupational therapy staff schedules matching Agencies needs with the proper therapist.
Supervise 5 departments.
Assist in administrative calls and building relationships with other businesses.
Addresses incoming emails regarding patient care and staffing.
Assures all operation tasks are completed within a timely manner.
Messages and coordination with therapists regarding patient visit schedules and documentation.
Managing 2 supervisors and 13 office staff employees.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
Must be polite, personable with good people skills over the phone.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Bachelor Degree required.
Qualifications:
Must have 1-2 years working as an office manager or care coordinator at an home health agency or Therapy Provider Company.
Must be able to handle heavy email and telephone use.
Must be able to handle stressful work situations and deadlines.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment effectively and efficiently.
Must possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude and have good people skills.
Must be reliable and dependable.
Must be computer savy, Excel experience preferred
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
Must have the ability to identify and efficiently solve problems in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
1-2 year of home health agency experience as an Administrator or an Office Manager.
4 Year College degree.
At least 45 – 50 wpm typing speed.
Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
Good computer skills including knowledge of MS Office Applications.
