Job Description

To run and operate a Service Business Company.

We’re looking for someone with Office Administration experience, to help us run the office efficiently and help us automate task.

You must have experience with business operation and procedures. Someone who is a strong operator to keep the team going and operation to run smoothly.

We’re looking to integrate and automate our operation to utilize AI technology.

We are a small business with 18 employees in the Service Industry, we do Lighting and Sprinklers.
Our business hours is at US CST.

Requirements:
> Must have a management experience (4+ years managing a team of at least 5 people)
> Must have project management skills
> Speak and write proper English
> Experience with Zapier
> Experience with GSuite (Google sheets, forms)
> Experience running a “day-to-day operation”
> Creating direct reports
> Experience creating SOP’s
> Ability to set and measure KPI’s
> Ability to grow and help develop team members
> Ability to solve problems and make a decision on your own
> Have the ability to hire & fire people

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday (8 AM to 6 PM (with 1 hour break), with alternate Saturdays (1 ON – 1 OFF)
COMPENSATION: Between Php70,000 to Php80,000 based on experience
*Possible additional Bonus: for hitting the KPI’s
