Seeking:
Looking for an expert level office manager that has excellent English written and spoken communication, organization skills, and a high level of attention to detail. This person should have experience working with CRM systems. This individual will oversee essential daily office operations such as client correspondence, administrative duties, and record-keeping. We’re seeking a dynamic professional who can handle diverse tasks, work autonomously, and adapt swiftly. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and training requirements.
Part-Time to Full-Time Job:
We will start as part-time 5 days a week with shorter hours to see how it goes. If you do a good job and consistently meet expectations, there is an opportunity to increase to more hours or potentially a full-time position.

-Manage email correspondence with clients and vendors
-Enter and maintain data in CRM (Tave)
-Conduct outreach to leads and follow up
-Check GSuite email calendar to see what events are happening and be sure the appropriate tasks, emails, documents, and client communications are completed for each event
-Check GSuite email + Tave inboxes
-Check that emails were sent successfully if scheduled or automated
-Draft + send emails according to workflow
-Setting up and monitoring automations in our CRM system
-Social Media engagement: reply to comments on IG, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Check DMs for client communication
-Handle various tasks and errands essential to studio operations

Pay:
TBD this will depend on your level of skills and other applicants applying to the job.
Hours:
We prefer for you to work during our working hours, but might be flexible for the right candidate. Our office hours are 10am-6pm Monday-Friday. Our time zone is NYC Eastern Standard Time USA. We will be doing video calls via Zoom for training and follow ups.
Flexible Vacation:
If you need time off, just let me know. However, you must meet the deadlines of any projects that you previously agreed to take on.
