Manages Onsite Staff with Hotel Manager:
• Tracks projects: Assigns taks and makes sure they report projects are completed.
• Also uses cameras to view much of property.
• Reviews weekly result reports
Assistant Hotel Manager:
• Can also assign projects
• Knows the office manual very well. Should be pass test at unknown future time.
Inbound Calls:
• Answers all calls to main numbers 707 434-8000 and 707 427-6400. Most calls go to their VOIP
phone in PH. The repatch calls to designated person, but tries to handle calls themselves.
• Answers phones 8:30AM – 5:30PM M-F except 10 US national holidays.
• Ideally handles the call, and if can’t patches calls to designated party.
• Sales calls instead usually handled in US
Accounting:
• Answers basic questions, if not forward call to accounting. Give Vernice’s phone and email (US tel
in PH).
Open Ended:
• Handle whatever projects come up that need to be handled. If you’re unable to and have
somebody else handle it for you. Projects may or may not always be strictly related to building
operations. They can also involve Steve’s company, Innovation Institute, Inc, etc.
• Distant future: Offer admin services to tenants.
Cameras:
Monitors cameras – not main function. Even might see visitors at front desk (need additional
camera), when receptionist patches call to them. Views hallways and outside for unusual activity
(time permitting).
Other:
• Works minor US holidays: E.G. day after Thanksgiving (late Nov).
Cameras:
• Day monitors cameras for: transients, anything strange going on.
• Night monitors (day in PH): If possible gets notified if homeless person is sleeping outside will get
beeps that may be accurate. Look at camera at least once an hour 7PM – Midnight, then anytime
4AM-7AM. If times conflict with sleeping then find another person who can. Contact police at +1
707 428-7300 (press 8) if homeless won’t leave after talking with them via to be installed
speaker/microphone.
• Tech: System is programmable to alert any smart phone anywhere in the world when a person is
standing or moving a little bit in one location for more than 2 min (time it takes to finish a cigarette).
It pings the smart phone. Then you can view the camera remotely. When you are ready research
top quality way for two way communication with homeless. If they don’t leave call police who come
fairly soon.
