Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and HR operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be a leader who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining office efficiency, managing office supplies, coordinating administrative activities, and providing support to employees and management.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to executives and staff, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel plans.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and reports as needed.

Office Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Track and monitor attendance of all employees
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with building management and vendors as necessary.

Facilities Management:
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Coordinate office layout and workspace arrangements to optimize productivity and comfort.
Address any facility-related issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.

HR Tasks:
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientations, and training logistics.
Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support HR initiatives and activities, such as performance reviews, hiring and termination protocols.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years as a team lead/ manager.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
Good leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Benefits:
Salary starting from 56,000 PHP to 68,000 PHP per month + performance bonus
