Blue Duck Lawn Care is a small, local, family owned provider of professional lawn care, pest control and Christmas Light services dedicated to enhancing outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients in Indianapolis, IN and the surrounding area. Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, self driven, highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes, managing office activities, and providing support to various departments. This position requires previous experience in an office management role, excellent communication skills in English, very little to no accent and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, answering calls, and responding to emails. You will be doing the work along with others, not only managing.
– Previous experience selling services over the phone, both inbound leads and outbound phone calls with a happy upbeat tone.
– Maintain office efficiency by implementing and enforcing office policies and procedures.
– Coordinate office activities and events, such as meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
– Assist with HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
– Handle financial tasks, such as invoicing, billing, account receivable, updating credit cards and expense tracking.
– Collaborate with other departments to support their administrative needs and facilitate cross-functional communication.
– Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
– Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in an office manager or administrative role.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with little to no accent.
– Ability to sell services over the phone (inbound and outbound)
– Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Workspace) and other relevant software applications.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
– Availability to work 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed.
– Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology for remote work.
– Multiple computer screens is a plus.
– Must provide three references of previous employers for verification.

We do an initial screening based on the above application needs, then a initial interview and final project. Weekly pay will be processed via Wise. The hourly wage ranges from $6 to $9, totaling $960 to $1440 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a salary job.
