Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently schedule and coordinate tasks, ensuring seamless execution.
Craft thoughtful responses to social media messages and comments, fostering engagement and connections.
Take decisive actions based on email correspondence, maintaining our communication at its best.
Contribute to event planning and coordination, adding your touch of creativity to make every occasion exceptional.
Collaborate closely with our marketing team, translating their directives into impactful actions.
Serve as the welcoming voice answering phone calls and addressing inquiries.
Engage in clear and empathetic communication with our esteemed clientele.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, setting the tone for their journey with us.
Provide invaluable support to our CEO, assuming the role of her trusted Executive Assistant.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you’ll need:

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in both written and verbal Australian communication.

Work Schedule:
Your presence is essential to our team’s synergy. You’ll be expected to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Australian time, creating a bridge across our operations and ensuring a seamless flow of activities.
