Position Title: Offshore Mortgage Lending Assistant
FULLTIME
Qualifications:
Experience with Mercury software is essential.
Proven experience working with Australian clients in the mortgage lending industry.
Strong understanding of the Australian lending market, including familiarity with Connective Home Loans.
Excellent pricing and account management skills.
Strong customer service skills, with experience in following up documents and providing client support.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in using Mercury software, experience working with Australian clients, and an understanding of the Australian lending market, including experience with Connective Home Loans. This role requires strong pricing and account management skills, as well as excellent customer service abilities.
Responsibilities:
Mortgage Processing:
Utilize Mercury software to process mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with brokers and lenders to gather necessary documentation and information.
Client Interaction:
Communicate effectively with Australian clients to gather required documents and provide updates on their mortgage applications.
Ensure a high level of customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and following up on pending documents.
Market Knowledge:
Maintain an understanding of the Australian lending market and current mortgage products.
Work with / as the aggregator platform.
Pricing and Account Management:
Assist in the pricing of mortgage products, ensuring competitive rates for clients.
Manage client accounts, providing regular updates and maintaining accurate records.
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with Australian lending regulations.
Follow up with clients to obtain missing or additional documentation as needed.
Coordination and Support:
Work closely with the internal team to coordinate the mortgage application process.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, document management, and report generation.
