Qualifications

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience leading an offshore team for a USA-based company, demonstrating an understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and effective remote team management.
• Proven experience in supervisory roles, with a focus on managing, training, and developing teams in an offshore setting.
• Strong process orientation, with the ability to define, implement, and audit processes effectively.
• Strong understanding of local laws and regulations to launch the offshore team.
• Proficiency in technology, including familiarity with Electronic Medical Systems and advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent multitasking abilities, capable of balancing multiple requests and tasks from different departments.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas effectively and build rapport with stakeholders.
• Must be able to work at least half time during US pacific time, 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm.

Desired:
• Experience in leading technical teams, with a strong technical background in software development, cloud computing, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Background in healthcare operations, with knowledge of patient management, medical documentation, and clinician support.
• Entrepreneurial experience in IT.
• Previous experience or knowledge of offshore healthcare operations.

Your Day to Day Activities

As the Offshore Operations Director, your primary objective is to build our offshore team from the ground up. Thereafter, you will optimize the performance of the team and enhance the overall customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing various offshore departments, including development, sales, support, HR, and compliance.
• Implementing and refining processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborating closely with the onshore team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for offshore team members.
• Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and labor policies in offshore locations.
• Providing leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
