Requirements:

1. Excellent English writing skills. Must be able to write articles and long detailed posts as well as emails. *Copy Writer*

2. Familiarity with AI technology, particularly ChatGPT (training provided)

3. ABILITY TO HANDLE LARGE FILE UPLOADS (INTERNET SPEED TEST REQUIRED)

4. Experience in Email Marketing Platforms

5. Excellent multitasking, prioritizing, and time management abilities

6. Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow

7. Excellent memory and note taker

Sample of the expected tasks to be completed daily.

Content Scheduling:
1. Access the Youtube Creator Studio, Meta Business Suite and Metricool platforms
using provided credentials.
2. Review the content calendar and determine the upcoming video content for each
platform.
3. Prepare captions for the video content using ChatGPT to ensure engaging and
relevant descriptions.
4. Resize thumbnail images to meet YouTube’s standard file size using

Schedule the following daily posts: (subject to availability of content in WeTransfer).
1. 3 reels on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
2. 1 YouTube video, 3 YouTube Shorts
3. Optimize YouTube video tags using Keyword Inspector to enhance
discoverability.

Watchlist Creation and Communication:
1. Create a publication material for the daily watchlist provided on the Discord
communication channel.
2. Share the watchlist content on the designated Discord communication channel.
3. Post the edited watchlist on Instagram story via Meta Business Suite and on
Twitter via Metricool.

Stock Alerts:
1. Access the stock alert system via /alert (parameters) set on the Stock Bot.
2. Set values and notes for the stocks listed in the daily algorithmic level. Specify on
the note if it’s support/resistance.
3. Also set alert for data on the watchlist. Use “trigger” for the note.
4. Clear the previous day’s alerts, ensuring the list is updated for the new day.

Marketing Emails:
1. Access GetResponse platform using provided credentials.
2. Identify the target audience for the emails – “Golden List” and “We Miss You”
subscribers.

3. Create persuasive marketing emails with the goal of driving subscriptions and re-
subscriptions.

4. Incorporate testimonials, video content, and discounts to increase the appeal of
the emails.
5. Review and finalize the emails and send to client for approval before sending it
out..

AI Reels Creation and Editing:
1. Use Opus and Click to view platforms to create AI reels based on provided content.
2. Ensure that the video frame ratio remains intact during editing.
3. Edit individual clips as needed to achieve the desired video ratio without cutting
off content.

Outreach and Engagement:
1. Identify Instagram accounts related to trading that may be open to collaboration.
2. Craft personalized brief messages introducing the company and proposing
potential partnerships. Utilize ChatGPT.
3. Monitor and respond to messages from potential partners promptly.
Social Media Growth Strategies:
1. Regularly research and gather ideas for strategies to enhance social media
account growth and engagement.
2. Present your findings and recommendations to client for discussion and
implementation.

Additional Responsibilities:
1. Be open to and prepared for additional responsibilities that may be assigned by
the client.
