Who We Are
Sunbelt Products is a small but successful and growing eCommerce company that has been in business for 10 years. In 2011 we started in a modest 600 square foot warehouse and over the years have progressively grown into a 25,000 square foot operation.
We sell our own branded products (Pink Power, Liquid Stands, Sleepavo) that are manufactured to our specifications and listed on various channels such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Reverb, Shopify, and other sites. We fulfill orders in our warehouse and we prepare for and ship products to Amazon and Walmart warehouses for them to fulfill. In addition, we have a 3PL business in which we offer the same services for other eCommerce companies.

About the Position
We are looking for a dedicated Channel Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for our brand’s product catalog of the company’s account in Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and other marketplaces by ensuring proper data setup, product presentation, channel analytics, and content management. Our office and warehouse is located in Odessa, FL. This is a fully remote position reporting directly to the Sr. Ecommerce Marketplace Channel Manager.
The Channel Manager will generally manage 3rd party marketplace and grow sales in these channels to meet KPIs. The incumbent helps in improving customer experience, managing the customer order fulfillment, generating data-driven market insights, and managing relationships with assigned marketplace.
What You Will Do:
Develop, communicate, implement, and manage a marketing strategy for the assigned channels type to build the sales and marketing strategy for the assigned channels, and then execute to plan.
Proactively seek growth opportunities and utilize marketplace strategies to accelerate revenue, grow market share, improve search ranking, drive organic traffic, and increase conversions.
Own the product launch process, including plans, content creation, SEO, procedures, and product setup.
Enhance, optimize, and execute our pricing, and promotional strategy.
Keep a pulse on assigned channel trends, determine business priority, and help define strategic positioning, product selection, and promotional programs.
Own sales, forecasting, and accountability to targets.
Monitor business KPIs and execute initiatives to positively impact them.
Forecast demand and maintain proper inventory levels on the assigned channel.
Stay up to date on the assigned channel’s best practices and policies and adapt strategies, as needed.
Monitor customer feedback to ensure content sets the correct expectations.

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years Channel management experience including any of the following channels: Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or Shopify.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong data analysis skills.
Proven ability to problem-solve.
Above average communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Helium 10, Sellerise or related software.
Experience in managing channels such as Walmart, Amazon International, Overstock, Wayfair, etc.
Basic understanding of PPC management.
Experience in people management.
Basic photoshop or image editing skills.
Fast learner and easy to adapt.
