Job Description:
Managing Multiple Units:
• Utilize your expertise to efficiently manage multiple Airbnb units.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the intricacies involved in overseeing various properties simultaneously.
Prompt Responsiveness:
• Showcase your ability to respond promptly and effectively during assigned shifts.
• Ensure that guest inquiries, questions, and concerns are addressed with efficiency and a positive demeanor.
Important Requirement:
Experience Managing Multiple Units in Airbnb:
We are specifically looking for candidates with proven experience in successfully managing multiple units within the Airbnb platform. Your ability to navigate and optimize the management of various properties will be a valuable asset to our team.
Bonus Points: Experience with Breezeway, Hostaway, , and similar platforms.

Bookkeeping Experience:
Bookkeeping experience is a valuable PLUS for candidates.

Bookkeeping Experience:
Candidates with bookkeeping experience will be given additional consideration.
Schedule: Embrace the flexibility of mornings, evenings and weekends, with on-call shifts.
Hours: Embrace a flexible schedule, exclusively available for evenings and weekends. Evenings will typically span from approximately 4 PM to 11 PM Eastern (Monday to Friday), and 8 AM to 11 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. During these hours, prompt responsiveness is required, though the workload generally consists of only 1-2 hours of actual work per day.
Rate: Start your journey with us at an enticing monthly pay rate of $500 to $700.

Additional Responsibilities:
In addition to the core role and responsibilities outlined, the ideal candidate for this position will also:

Vendor Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with contractors, including cleaners and handymen.
Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with contractors, ensuring the highest quality service for our guests.

Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular quality checks on property listings and guest interactions to ensure adherence to established standards.
Implement improvement measures based on feedback and performance evaluations.

Problem Resolution:
Act as a mediator between guests and contractors, resolving any issues or disputes promptly and effectively.
Proactively identify potential problems and implement preventive measures to enhance the overall guest experience.
Marketing and Content Creation:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance property visibility and attract a broader audience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for local guidebooks and promotional materials.
