**Position Title: Real Estate SEO Specialist (Part-time)**

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate SEO Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for real estate and a knack for optimizing digital content to improve search engine visibility.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords for real estate listings, blog posts, and website content.
2. Optimize website content, including property descriptions, blog articles, and landing pages, to improve search engine rankings and attract organic traffic.
3. Implement on-page SEO techniques such as meta tag optimization, internal linking, and URL structure optimization to enhance website visibility.
4. Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building campaigns, guest blogging, and outreach to improve domain authority and increase referral traffic.
5. Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and provide regular reports on key SEO metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in SEO and real estate marketing to continually optimize our strategies and tactics.
7. Collaborate with our content creators, web developers, and marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our digital marketing efforts.

**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience in SEO with a focus on real estate websites and content.
2. In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
3. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO analytics platforms.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
5. Proficiency in time tracking and communication tools such as Hubstaff and communication during EST.
6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
7. Bonus points for certifications in SEO or related fields.

**Hours and Compensation:**
– 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
