On-page SEO expert

We are a UK company looking to hire an experienced on-page SEO. This role is a critical role within an expanding in-house SEO team. Note: this job is not suitable for someone wanting to do multiple jobs at the same time. This is a full-time job and requires the commitment of the successful candidate.

This role requires the candidate to spend 75% of their time performing on-page content optimisation, and 25% on technical SEO improvements.

Your experience will include the following:
– Advanced knowledge of on-page SEO, including technical SEO.
– 3+ years experience of Google Search Console.
– 3+ years experience of website auditing.
– 3+ years experience of on-page optimisation using tools such as Cora, Page Optimiser Pro (POP), or SurferSEO.
– 3+ years experience of common SEO tools such as ahrefs, Majestic SERanker, SEMRush.
– 2+ years experience of schema using JSON-LD.

Your responsibilities will include:
– Performing on-page optimisation using Cora and/or POP toolsets.
– Performing regular site audits using SEO toolsets.
– Fixing on-page technical SEO issues.
– Forwarding appropriate on-page issues to the IT team for fixing.
– Monitoring and reporting technical SEO progress against targets.
– Reporting progress via weekly reports.
