WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As an Onboarding Account Manager, you will orchestrate the initial experience our clients have with our digital marketing solutions (email/sms automations/ sales funnels/ website/ lead gen tools). You’ll be pivotal in translating clients’ visions, products, and desired outcomes into customized journeys using our templated setups designed for efficiency and impact. Your role will involve managing these processes to ensure a smooth transition and a successful launch.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

> Interpret and translate client needs into our structured templated setups, ensuring their business goals are met with precision.
> Customize client onboarding and integration by mapping their desires to our suite of digital solutions, delivering projects with efficiency and effectiveness.
> Manage comprehensive automation workflows, sales funnels, and technical setups to deliver client projects swiftly and accurately.
> Provide strategic support across multiple communication channels, ensuring clients are well-informed and comfortable with the proposed solutions.
> Use ClickUp to manage projects, ensuring timely progress and stellar results, all while keeping the team and clients in sync with every step.
> Educate clients about our digital solutions, guiding them towards optimized outcomes by effectively aligning their needs with our structured systems.
> Relentlessly follow up with clients and team members, demonstrating a strong commitment to meeting setup KPIs while maintaining positive and supportive interactions to ensure successful outcomes.
