Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Onboarding Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Supervising the onboarding process, overseeing the pipeline, and curating high-quality content for property listings, including descriptions and photos.
Resolving any blockers that may arise during the onboarding process in close collaboration with the client.
Conducting demonstrations of the Client portal, ensuring clients are well-equipped to utilize our tools effectively.
Serving as the primary liaison between the client and our company throughout the onboarding journey.
Optimizing listing performance through content enhancement and a deep understanding of platform search algorithms.
Continuously monitoring and fine-tuning listing performance to maximize visibility and booking rates.
Conducting market research to remain updated on industry trends and best practices.
Managing pricing strategies to maintain competitive rates across platforms.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, and SMM, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in the hospitality industry.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in US English.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
The capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience with SEO and SEM is considered a valuable asset.
