Job Summary:
The Onboarding Manager is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for newly acquired venues, managing ongoing customer success, and handling venue churn efficiently. This role involves coordinating with various teams, setting up venue operations, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Set Up Venue:
– Takeover Lead that has been marked as closed/won by Sales Team and action Onboarding process/call venue to introduce yourself/send welcome email/
– Organise the tablet, printer and smasher to be sent to the venue.
– Onboard venue details to aggregator platforms (UBER Eats, Menulog and Doordash) and set up Logins to Deliverect and set up MrBeast Burger website/Tablevibe platform.
– Liaise with ‘Procurement and Training Team’ re supplier set up, VDC verification, training and stock ordering.
– Liaise with ‘Marketing Team’ for launch promotion and ‘Venue Packs’
– Complete tech set up at venue and via Deliverect App
– Complete a test order through Uber Eats to make sure the connection works 

Ongoing Customer Success:
– Monitor venue online rates via various portals and resolve any issues immediately to ensure venue is at maximum output i.e. tablets turned on, correct stock levels etc
– Resolve any ad hoc issues with tech across all hardware and platforms.
– Update trading hours on platforms as requested by venue ie closure for holidays etc 
– Update menu item details on various platforms as required.
– Place stores on ‘Temp Hold’ as required.
– Monitor customer feedback and respond immediately as necessary.
– Provide strategies for customer success.
– Provide after hours on call support.

Churn Venues
– Deactivate and remove venue from all platforms and update internal records
– Organise retrieval of hardware

Qualifications and Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
– Proven experience in customer success management or related roles.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in using various online platforms and software.
– Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
– Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
