Role Overview (REMOTE):
As an Onboarding Specialist you are responsible for onboarding and contributing to the long-term success of our customers’ accounts. You bring an analytical mind to constantly improve the efficiency and efficacy of your projects and interactions with our service professionals (our Pros). You use your experience to be a true consultant for small businesses in the home services space. You believe that great isn’t good enough. You are comfortable with process changes and enjoy providing input to help guide those changes.

What you do each day:
Own the customer relationship during the initial onboarding phase for new clients
Ensure the seamless integration into our bookkeeping and accounting services
Set up secure access and explaining our accounting process tailored to their small business
Educate clients on best practices through personalized online meetings, ensuring they feel knowledgeable and confident in managing their financial data using our tools
Handle escalated inquiries and support requests during the onboarding phase
Provide expert guidance to assure client satisfaction and comfort with our services
Communicate effectively across internal teams (sales, marketing, technical support) regarding client information, trends, and feedback
Prepare and nurture clients for a successful partnership, with a focus on advocacy and long-term engagement with our services
Identify opportunities for service expansion and continuous improvement, proactively enhancing the client experience
Organize client details, timelines, and actions to drive efficiency and ensure that each client’s unique needs are met promptly and accurately
Utilize deep product knowledge and innovative thinking to troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring that solutions are both effective and tailored to client needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
1-3+ years of full-time customer success, onboarding, implementation, account management or sales experience
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Able to work standard hours for a US time zone
Proficiency in Excel required (imports, exports and data formatting)
Work experience in onboarding, implementation or customer support roles in the SaaS industry preferred
Experience as a consultant and developing relationships with new customers
Knowledge of and established relationships within a relevant industry is preferred
CRM experience is a plus

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $13,440-$16,800 USD/year. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This is a full time contract role.
