We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist who is confident, professional, and energetic enough to represent the company’s brand in welcoming clients, onboarding them into the company’s programs, and can attend to administrative tasks with a healthy, goal-oriented attitude.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
????Coordinate, communicate and serve as a client’s primary point of contact
????Onboarding new clients
????Collecting of necessary information, setting up virtual meetings and providing relevant resources for new clients
????Maintain records of client information, agreements and communication history.
????Evaluate and refine the onboarding process to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
????Identifying areas of improvement and implementing solutions in collaboration with the team.
????Assist in developing onboarding materials and providing guidance on utilization of company’s services.
????Gather client feedback regarding the onboarding process.
????Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience that is aligned with the client’s goals and objectives.
????Assist the client in setting up systems, softwares and relevant tools to streamline the onboarding process and enhance the client experience..
????Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and professionalism.

Job Qualifications:

????With 1-2 years of work experience as a virtual onboarding specialist or in a related field, handling US-based clients
????With working knowledge of softphone softwares, CRM and project management tools.
????With proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in professional services environments such as coaching, consulting, or financial services.
????Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
????With strong organizational skills and attention to detail
????Is a professional and can effectively adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
????With flexibility to adapt with changing priorities, workflows, and technology platforms
????Accommodating to clients’ unique needs, empathetic and patient.
????A teamplayer, with initiative and proactive and with a results-oriented mindset.
????Willing to work 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday, following US Pacific Time Zone
