Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

*Manage the company’s GoHighLevel CRM system and update customer information as needed
*Create new pipelines and calendar for scheduling appointments using GoHighLevel to streamline processes
*Creating zaps to automate processes between various software tools used by the client
*Provide customer service and troubleshoot technical issues with the GoHighLevel and Zapier (or similar/alternative tool) integrations
*Provide assistance to the client in setting up the systems, software, and relevant tools
*Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Job Qualifications:

*Must have 1 or more years of proven VA experience working with GoHighLevel CRM.
In-depth knowledge and experience in creating and managing pipelines, leads, funnels, automations, and user accounts in GoHighLevel
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Good communication and collaboration skills through multiple channels and project management tools
*Tech-savvy with excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
*Can work independently and with a team and can manage to meet deadlines.
*Can commit to a full-time remote job (xx hrs/day, Mondays-Saturdays)
*Willing to work on US Pacific Time Zone

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Manage agency operations within Go High-Level, including sub-account creation, user management.
2. Create and manage sub-accounts for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
3. Handle user creation and management within the platform, providing training and assistance as needed.
4. Oversee membership offer creation and management, optimizing user experience and maximizing retention.
5. Manage lead responses through texts and emails, ensuring timely and effective communication.
6. Set up sub-accounts with necessary configurations, including phone, domain, and email settings.
7. Configure calendar and event reminder automations to enhance productivity and client engagement.
8. Utilize Zapier and other integration tools to connect with Go High-Level with external platforms and enhance functionality.
9. Assist with other tasks related to the CRM platform as needed, contributing to overall agency success.
