I’m looking for a Project Manager to join my team in our Funnel Building Division – where we build out sales funnels for artists.
I am looking for someone amazing to work with us for the long term.

Role Overview:
As our Project Manager, you will coordinate between our front-end designers, back-end developers, and customer service representatives to drive project delivery and success. Your main goal will be to keep all projects moving smoothly and on schedule, implementing robust management practices to enhance our team’s productivity and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and review operational processes for all stages of the funnel development lifecycle.
2. Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure project deliverables are met and align with client expectations.
3. Act as a liaison between different team members to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
4. Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
5. Identify potential bottlenecks or delays in projects and work proactively to resolve issues.
6. Enhance team workflows through the integration of new tools and processes.
7. Foster a collaborative and inspiring environment within the team.
Role Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in a creative, marketing, or tech environment.
2. Excellent knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, , Slack, Loom).
3. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
4. Understanding of digital marketing and sales funnel mechanics is highly desirable.

6. Experience working with creative teams and projects.
7. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
8. Friendly, energetic and confident.
9. Must enjoy working remotely with MINIMAL hand-holding.
10. Must be FANTASTIC at written & voice communication.
11. Must be incredible at providing verbal and written directions in helping the team move forward
12. Excellent written & verbal English
13. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/communications at once, yet complete tasks with laser-like focus.
14. Must be a proactive problem-solver who finds solutions rather than asks questions.
