We are currently in search of a versatile and multi-skilled Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our rapidly expanding mission will be to ensure our Amazon seller account operates seamlessly and effectively, focusing on inventory management, account health, and minimal sourcing tasks.

The ideal candidate for this position is a professional who has a deep understanding of Amazon’s operations, is proficient at handling multiple tasks, possesses keen attention to detail, and is equipped with superior communication and organizational skills.

While this role is fundamentally connected to all aspects of the Amazon platform and the online arbitrage business model, having additional proficiency in repricing, checkout procedures, and elements of replenishment management will be viewed as highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating with the warehouse and minimally managing tracking orders for online arbitrage.
Managing Seller Central efficiently: this includes maintaining account health, resolving issues related to Seller Central, and managing emails.
Keeping an updated inventory tracking system to assist in the ordering of replenishable items.
Demonstrating proficiency in managing and organizing spreadsheets related to inventory and minimal order tracking.
Managing repricing tasks, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining profitability.
Checking for lost and canceled orders, ensuring that such instances are minimized and addressed promptly.
Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure our products meet Amazon’s standards and customer expectations.
Understanding and leveraging the Amazon arbitrage business model’s subtleties, which includes minimal product sourcing, repricing, and checkout processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Comprehensive knowledge of Amazon, the online arbitrage business model, the repricing process, checkout procedures, and minor replenishment management.
Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central.
High proficiency in spreadsheet management and inventory tracking systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superior organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
A stable and high-speed internet connection.
Time and screenshot Tracker is required for this role
