Job Description:

As a Product Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing high-quality products to sell on Amazon. You will be responsible for researching suppliers, finding deals, and ensuring that our product lineup meets the standards of quality and competitiveness.

Responsibilities:

Supplier Research and Evaluation:

Conduct thorough research to identify potential suppliers and manufacturers.
Evaluate and compare suppliers based on factors such as quality, pricing, and reliability.
Negotiation and Communication:

Stay informed about market trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
Analyze market conditions to identify opportunities for product improvement and cost savings.
Order Processing and Coordination:

Have good knowledge of tools like Keepa and know how to read the charts

Quality Control:

Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet our standards. Make sure the product has good reviews and the company we are buying from is not fraudulent.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of leads and product specifications.
Provide regular reports on product sourcing activities, costs, and performance metrics.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Product Sourcing Specialist.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and research abilities.
Familiarity with market trends and industry dynamics.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control.
Proficient in using virtual communication tools and software.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
