Online Arbitrage Sourcing Superstar – WFH, Long-Term, Full-Time, Bonus & Benefits, Earned Flex Hours

Looking for 2 Long-Term FULL-TIME Team Members.
No Experience or Skills are Required.

Position Overview
We are looking for 2 full-time team members, who will help us find profitable products to resell. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for looking through products in online stores and filtering them through our sourcing criteria. The process involves picture matching, reviewing small product details, number crunching, and reading graphs.
While most of the work will be completed individually, you will be working in a highly cooperative and team-oriented environment. You will be working with a team to set and review goals and share the workload daily. While not competitive, you will be responsible for delivering on your part of the workload and consistent failure to meet the team’s expectations will result in termination. However, all the help and assistance will always be available as long as you have the initiative and determination to learn.
Warning: It is a highly analytical and repetitive process that may yield no results at times. While the skills can be taught, a positive attitude can not. So, we encourage individuals with highly contagious optimism and disciplined self-motivation to apply. 🙂
Responsibilities
Search online stores and filter products through our sourcing criteria.
Look for online stores the company can buy from.
Record profitable finds in an online database.
Participate in daily meetings.
Submit a log of your ideas, challenges, and activities every day.
Learn new software and tools.
Create and update standard operating procedure (How-To) documents.

Qualifications
Reliable internet connection.
Located in an area of reliable electricity/power or have a backup plan for power outages.
Reliable working computer.
Comfortable understanding and speaking English.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Work Schedule
8 hours everyday (Monday-Friday)
9:00 AM PHT – 6:00 PM PHT (Monday – Friday).
With a lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM.
Flexible hours may be earned.

Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary of Php 160/hour.
Team Bonus per quarter (performance-goal based)
Christmas (13th month) bonus.
8 paid vacation days per year, can earn up to 16 days
Training and Coaching will be provided by the company.
After 6 months:
1% raise every 3 months
Social Security (SSS) and Health Insurance (HMO) approx 5k php/month
Profit Share Bonus every quarter ( approx 5-10k php/quarter)
