Online Beauty Cosmetics EXPERT in Marketing, Fashion, Salon – Hourly + Commission

PLEASE READ, Female applicants only. Must address every point to be considered. I have an opportunity with at least 250,000 Closeout cosmetic items that need to be Listed on Ebay, which I already own. ONCE these current items are SOLD, then we can build our new product line any way you want with your favorite brands or importing. For existing items, I will take some raw images in our photo studio and put those on Dropbox as best as I can to meet your suggestions so you can begin work right away. I may send you a large box of samples (So you can TEST the product, and create PHOTO’s yourself and make Videos with them applied and tell a better story about them).

From there your job will be – Photos Improved, backgrounds removed, make Collages, generate cool and catchy A.I. renderings, possibly do some videos. Step 1 is to just make every item a professional package of multiple items that the ladies will want to buy. I do not want to sell a single lip stick, I prefer to do a 3 pack for $19.99 and maybe a brush included to make the BEST package on the internet. There are around 150-200 skus – everything from Cosmetic Brushes, Lip Gloss, Lip stick, nail polish, eye liner, color palettes, eyelash curlers, almost all the basics. It is mostly a high end Designer line as well, very high quality packaging.

Please tell me your COMPLETE background with all types of Beauty products. Including maybe from Teenager experiences with personal use, to working in shops to online marketing, to Beauty Salon, to Trade Shows, etc. Please share anything that tells me you are a FANATIC about makeup, you wear makeup every day, and you are obsessed with makeup. Maybe you have been to Beauty School? You understand skin tones and skin issues, so you can answer all the Emails and deal with any girl questions or concerns. This industry is VERY competitive, and complicated. You have to be a fanatic about all the Marketing and the Pictures and the Advertising, the Promotions, etc. and build a real sales volume. You will need to “educate the ladies” with very well written and long enough descriptions, so they don’t ASK QUESTIONS, because your Listing is so complete it addresses everything!

I have sold over $1,000,000 in nail polish, but that was years ago, and I got out of the business because the female partner was no longer there to run it. Cosmetics was the most profitable online business EVER, but there are challenges to it. I am a guy, so cosmetics are NOT my thing. My job is to ship orders and get you more product if needed, I don’t want to do anything else! I need an amazing woman who can take this great product that I know nothing about and build a NEW BUSINESS from scratch on Ebay, then Amazon, and we will branch out from there. You will soon have another VA provided to help do Instagram Posts or Facebook, or whatever it takes to get this MOVING with real sales. Once everything is sold off and products begin selling very fast, now it’s YOUR turn to bring in the newer products, what you think is best. You will gain “Creative Control” over the business once the first 250,000 pieces are gone and we start running out of everything!!

I am looking for that “girlie girl” or “cosmetics queen” who never leaves home without makeup. Someone who just loves this business, loves working with women, loves making women happy, and loves selling. There are 2 parts to this opportunity, one is understanding the Client or Customer and the other is Online Presentation, and the big secret is Bundling – Kits & Packages with all products that actually work together.

The mature woman who understands this industry and knows how to assemble the best group of products that fit every type has likely been involved in Beauty Sales for at least 5 years. In my opinion this could turn into a LIFE CHANGING opportunity. The sky is the limit, but please understand right now there is NO BUSINESS, we are creating it from scratch, and I already have 250,000 products which are PAID FOR that need to be sold. All of these items are in excellent condition. These really don’t spoil, but they are slightly older style or packaging or colors, (for example gold plated lipstick tubes). They are not up to date, they are some “old school” styles for an older generation of ladies. They are only 3-5 years old and were sold in Dillards, JC Penney’s, and these are always on the same counter as Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, and Beyonce, whichever stores sell those!

HOW these product came to me is whenever a Brand changes their packaging or comes out with a brand new “Hot” line of stuff, they just pull last years model off the shelf and throw it in the Liquidation world. There is NOTHING wrong with this at all, and in fact this is where the HUGE profits can be found. If you buy the latest and the greatest, you pay the highest price. Last years model is just fine, it just has a different tube, or container, it’s behind the trend. Make sense?

I am NOT looking for Miss Philippines or a beauty model, but someone who lives in or near that world who always wanted to build the business side of that world YOUR way and solve problems that you see in that space. Also this job is + COMMISSION. Within 4-6 months, I am hoping the Commission could exceed the Salary or increase 50% on top. You can make your own Salary here. $5 per hour is just a TEST so you can prove you can do it. Immediately as I see good results, there should be raises coming in a Month or two, not a YEAR! I want very excited and motivated person who makes this work, and I will compensate accordingly. Also Commission kicks in by 30 days. Paid Monday every week for Salary, and paid every Month by the 10th for Commission. If you begin on April 20 for example, the next month May qualifies for full Commission, paid in June 10 after we do the books.
