Online Business Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking an Online Business Manager to enhance our operational efficiency and administrative capabilities remotely. This critical role involves managing diverse aspects of our operations, including administrative tasks, communication, and program support, directly contributing to our vision of providing an exceptional educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a broad range of administrative tasks, such as drafting newsletters, overseeing billing and collections, and designing promotional materials.
Act as the primary liaison for clients and maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors, ensuring efficient communication.
Employ Canva and Google Suite for creating and managing engaging digital content in alignment with the academy’s branding and messaging.
Utilize Asana for project management to streamline operational tasks and support the smooth execution of academy programs and events.
Leverage any experience in early childhood education to assist in curriculum development and the training of educational staff.
Ready to take on additional responsibilities based on the operational needs of the academy, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to areas beyond the primary scope of duties.
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or administrative role, preferably within the educational sector. Additional experience in early childhood education is highly regarded and considered a bonus.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for professional interactions and documentation.
Demonstrated proficiency in using Asana, Canva, and Google Suite. The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies is expected.
The capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and proactively address the needs of the academy.
A thorough approach to ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
The ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the academy, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and educational excellence.
