I run a boutique stationery business that provides custom and semi-custom invitations for couples getting married. Looking to expand our stationery offerings to have easy system to serve more couples than our regional market. We are a fun, approachable brand that really wants to make our experience easy and enjoyable for our clients. Weddings are about people…2 people fell in love, they are surrounding themselves with the people who love them and want to celebrate that. The party doesn’t happen without the invitation and it needs to be special and not overwhelming. Not cookie cutter or mass market, but special. I am looking for a team member that can help bring order and efficiency to the back end of the business.
Tasks/Projects:
Accounting skills that can help manage reports on monthly revenue
Update and Maintain Dubsado to have effective workflows and funnels
Help with project management of studio calendar and communication.
Set up and manage our email newsletter in Flodesk. This would involve copy writing for emails.
Create and schedule social media posts to IG and Tiktok
Knowledge of SEO and ShowIt Web Platform
Knowledge of WordPress a plus.
Knowledge of Adobe suite a plus
Position Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English.
Work 8-10 hours per week (may vary each week), opportunity for growth in hours and wage.
Have a fast turnaround time for tasks, work quickly and have the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
Work on your own hours. Ideally, I would assign work during the evening CST and then would like it completed by morning of the next day CST.
Have reliable internet connection and computer.
Check in daily, both before you start your work and at the end of your assignments each day. Track your time spent on projects.
Have a personal life that isn’t tied to your desk. I am looking for someone who can be part of my team long term. Burnout is something that happens when you don’t take care of yourself. Unplug and enjoy your life!
